Merry Christmas!

What a perfect Christmas having a little one around again to enjoy. Stella loved her presents but I think Jason and Tawni were the most excited. The pink/purple Unicorn was a huge hit! Dave cooked everyone brunch which was so great, then we all laid around watching old James Bond movies, stealing away a nap here and there.

The rest of the weekend should be relaxing. An acquaintance is in town from Denmark and we're planning on meeting for lunch tomorrow. It's back to work on Saturday at the Fitness Club as I resume my daily schedule!

Christmas Eve

In what has now become a tradition, Christmas Eve is spent having dinner at Dave and Sharyls and then its off to a movie. Stella opened her first present tonight which of course, like most of us, was her Christmas PJ's! Sharyl makes a fabulous Lasagne and she even made one pan of Gluten Free Lasagne just for me! We took some fun pictures, ate dinner then ran off to the movie "Yes Man". Although there were some funny lines in the movie, I don't think any of us would recommend it. The funnest part as usual is the car ride to and from the movies. It is one big long laugh all the way. Tomorrow is Christmas morning and Jason and Tawni will be here around 9:00 am with Stella. I have set her stuff all out under the tree and can't wait to watch her on her 1st Christmas morning. I hope you all enjoy your Christmas's with your families/friends. Lots of hugs to each and every one of you!

Santa Meets Our Special Stella!

The last several weeks have passed at light-speed! For the first time in my adult life my Christmas Tree wasn't up until a little more than a week before Christmas! Cortney picked out the real tree and brought it home and he, Jason and Tawni decorated it, while Craig and Kaden stopped by to join in the fun. I played with Stella while they did all the work. It was great!! Stellas first Christmas is so special and to think that her one year birthday is almost here amazes all of us. She met Santa for the first time, and when Tawni put on her new shiny black shoes, she was so focused on them, we couldn't get her to look up for the cameras! We had to take them off to get a picture. She had no issue whatsoever with Santa.

A Quiet Week...

It's literally been quiet around here, after a bronchial infection, I am now speechless with Laryngitis! Because I've been under the weather, there hasn't been alot of action this week!

Jason, Tawni and Cortney are in Salt Lake this weekend for their company Christmas party. Last night Jason, Tawni and Stella went to the Jazz game. Jason has some friends that give him their tickets quite often. They are courtside, 2nd row. I've seen them on tv while watching the Jazz play before, but its usually just the back of Jason's head now and again. Last night though one of the Jazz players crashed into the crowd right next to them. When the camera zoomed in on Kirilenko, the Jazz player, you could see Jason right there and then Tawni with Stella standing on her lap! I happened to be texting with Patrick while we were watching the game on ESPN and he said, "I just saw Jason when Kirilenko went down". I thought yeah, sure! I replayed it, sure enough there they were! It was pretty cool that someone so far away from Utah saw and recognized them. Stella's first Jazz game and she's on her Dads favorite tv show, ESPN! HA!

So, that's the highlight of my week. I was supposed to go to the shooting range with some friends from work tomorrow, but due to my being sick, I doubt I will be able to go. Bummer, I was looking forward to it.

I hope you all have a great week! Love Ya
